Unlock Your U.S. Career with a TN Visa
Tap into American Job Opportunities
Welcome to the Law Offices of Chris M. Ingram! U.S. employers are eager for your skills, and the TN visa is your key to working in the U.S. Contact us today, and let’s kickstart your American Dream with a fast, hassle-free visa process!
TN Visa: Your USMCA Opportunity
Through the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), the TN visa allows Canadian and Mexican citizens to work in the U.S. indefinitely, with no caps—unlike the H-1B visa. Secure a professional job, and we’ll handle your TN visa application with precision.
TN Visa Requirements
To qualify, you need:
-
A U.S. employer to sponsor you.
-
A professional role as a USMCA Professional Worker, typically requiring a bachelor’s degree or specific credentials (per Appendix 2 of USMCA Chapter 16).
Our team instantly evaluates if your job and qualifications meet USMCA professional standards, ensuring a seamless application.
Easy Visa Renewals
The TN visa starts with a three-year term and can be extended by applying to maintain status. Changing employers? We’ll file a new TN application to keep your career moving forward without delays.
Family and Long-Term Planning
A limitation: TN visas don’t offer work authorization for spouses or children, which can challenge families with teens over 15. Canadian spouses can apply for their own TN visa if employed. The TN visa meets short-term needs, but we’ll guide you toward Green Cards (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, or EB-5) for long-term stability, especially to secure status for children before age 21.
Streamlined Application Process
We manage every detail of your TN visa application, from job offer and company details to your resume, transcripts, and proof of USMCA Professional Worker status. Our meticulous approach ensures USCIS and employers see your value.
